2009 is a new year baby <3

Hey well I just figured I post something, about has God has been really working in my life. Oh my goodness its almost scary (not really) lol but anyway God has been working on me like Im the only person in the world. God has opend my eyes so much!!I used to be like yah Jesus saved me I love him but why is it worth my time to read this book thats kinda hard to understand anyway.Well this past couple of weeks my Pastor was talking about new years resolutions. Well he was talking about why are peoples resolutions to lose more weight,to save money, to eat healthier. He said "not that those things arent good things to do, but your number one goal in life should be to please God and to be close to God." He said at the end the one and only resolution you should have is to become closer to God and to please him. You should try as hard as you can to become a man/woman after God's own heart. That convicted me so hard he had an altar call and I went up tp the altar and prayed over it. It was acrtually funny cause when I was going up to the altar I tripped over my uncle and fell on my other uncle lol. But what I'm trying to get to is that mY GOAL FOR 2009 IS to become closer to God and to become a woman fter Gods own heart and to do hard things for him!
